Cylinder Exchange Program
Millennium Technologies takes great pride in having one of the largest inventories of stock cylinders in the industry. In most cases, this makes it possible for us to ship a remanufactured cylinder out to you the same day you call us. Currently we have over 2000 pieces in stock, which are made up of about 90% snowmobile and 10% motorcycle cylinders. How It Works
Once you know if your cylinder is in stock, there are two ways to proceed:
- You can simply send in your cylinder with a note requesting exchange. When we get your cylinder, we'll send you a remanufactured one immediately. No core charge applies.
- When contacting us for availability, you may request that we send out a remanufactured cylinder right away. If in stock, we will add a core charge (typically $100) and send you a cylinder immediately. In this case your cylinder will have a green tag attached to it. When you get your shipment, simply re-attach the tag to your old cylinder, return it to us, and we'll apply the $100 credit back to your credit card.
- Cores for exchange must meet the following conditions:
- No cast iron or steel liner (sleeve)
- No port-work whatsoever
- No broken or cracked skirts
- No detonation or head surface damage
- No over-sizes, must be OEM stock specs
In either case, the remanufactured cylinder you receive will perform as well or better than a new one and will carry a LIFETIME WARRANTY.
